I am currently working part-time as an NOC consultant managing parts of the company’s SMC (Service Management Center). I have the job to monitor over the company’s network, analyze network incidents and escalate for further troubleshooting. The NOC department works closely with other departments such as SOC, production and customer service.

As an IT Technician I worked with server administration, server monitoring, development of the IT infrastructure, building smaller web based applications and also offering user support to the company’s employees. The IT environment was mostly based on Microsoft products, with systems connected to the Stockholm stock exchange, NASDAQ OMX Nordic, AktieTorget and Nordic Growth Market.

I started off working as an intern for 5 weeks and then got a part-time employment during highschool. I worked as an IT technician and gave user support to clients and installed PC's. The clients were mostly hospitals and health care organizations in Kronoberg county, Sweden.
